I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults in my Fremont, CA location who are looking to explore and identify:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Learning disabilities
• Executive functioning issues
• Gifted intellectual abilities, 2E, and IQ testing
• Private school testing
• School and/or work accommodations
• Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
• A variety of other psychological and developmental disorders

I work through a compassionate, hands-on approach that emphasizes mutual understanding to collaboratively find solutions that are tailored to support the unique needs of you, your child and your family. My evaluations are strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming, promoting hope, encouragement, and well-being.
I offer consultations regarding IEP and 504 meetings and appropriate school accommodations. I also provide parental coaching and supportive guidance to help you navigate challenges and develop positive, lasting strategies that nurture your child's growth and success at home, school, and in the community.

The evaluation process consists of a two-hour interview where we will review and discuss you/your child’s neurodevelopmental and psychosocial history, goals for the evaluation, and the pre-assessments I have sent you.
For children, in many cases we will schedule a school observation/teacher consult. It is preferred to conduct the school observation before meeting your child so that they do not feel uncomfortable having someone they know observe them at school.
Schedule testing sessions. Testing can take anywhere between 6-10 hours. Testing sessions are typically broken down into 2-hour sessions, depending on what works best for you/your child. For children, testing sessions are preferred to be scheduled earlier in the day when your child’s brain and body are well rested.
Consultations with other providers or professionals you/your child are working with can provide additional information. This can include pediatricians, therapists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists etc.
Once testing is complete, all data will be scored, interpreted and written into a comprehensive clinical report. The report will include the diagnosis, all testing data and the interpretation of that data, and a comprehensive treatment plan with recommendations and resources.
A feedback session will be scheduled for 60-90 minutes where the report will be discussed in depth, as well as the treatment plan, recommendations, and any referrals. You will also receive a copy of the written report.
If helpful, I am happy to schedule a session to meet with you and your child to discuss a strength-based summary of what was learned from the testing.
